Note: If you are researching a private and/or international company, information can be hard to find, since they are not required to submit the same government filings as publicly-traded companies in the U.S. To extrapolate information on your target company, you can review the latest 10-K annual SEC filing for a publicly-held competitor for descriptions of their business, operational strategies, competition, distribution, intellectual property, as well as the management discussion and financial statements.
