Picking up Books

Books can be picked up (and returned) at the Information Desk in the Library.

Please let the staff member know that you are picking up an Interlibrary Loan book and give them your last name.

Please note the due date on the slip in the book.

Due Dates

Articles: Articles do not need to be returned. They are available electronically for 30 days; then they are deleted from the system. If you need the article again after that time, you will need to submit another request.

Books: Due dates for books vary depending on the library they are borrowed from. The due date is printed on the slip in the book. If you lose the slip, you can always check the due date online:

  • Log in to ILL
  • Click View Your Items in the left hand menu.
  • See the Due Date in that column on the table.
