Add Public Printers:

• Undergraduate Students
• Graduate Students
• Faculty & Staff

 Alumni of Babson College may obtain a username and password to use library workstations and print by visiting the Info Desk.

Members of Olin and Wellesley Colleges may obtain a username and password to use library workstations and print by visiting Info Desk 1.

Visitors to Babson College may not print in the library.

Tips:

• You MUST be logged in using your unique user name and password to print.
• You can release the job at any of the high capacity printers in the library.
  • 2 printers: copy room by Info Desk 1
  • 1 printer: by Info Desk 2
• You can send multiple documents to print at once.

Changing Print Preferences: Click on the "Properties" box, located to the right of the printer list and select the "Finishing" Tab.

Single or Double Sided Prints: Our printers default to double-sided printing. To print single sided, click on the "Print Style" drop down menu and click "1-sided Printing". To revert to double-sided printing, click on "2-sided Printing".

Stapling: click on the "Finishing" drop down menu. The standard stapling setting is "Staple and Collate."
