Bloomberg 

Print Page: Use the green PRINT key to print information page by page.

Print All Pages: Type # PRINT, where # is the number of pages available (top right hand corner)

You cannot easily download the data from Bloomberg unless you are in the corporate world, but you can download some screens as images to incorporate into your Word documents.

Save Screen to file

• Right-click with the mouse in the screen,
  
• Click Save Screen,
  
• Type in a filename and choose a location to save the file.

Email Screen

• Type GRAB
• Email the image to yourself as a GIF file.

The image can be inserted into Word, Powerpoint, or other compatible software programs.

You can use Bloomberg's API wizards to dowload data into Excel applications.

Open Excel and use the Bloomberg toolbar or drop-down menu:

• Table Wizard: Download current data ranging from ticker symbols and stock prices to complex calculations such as duration and risk.
• History Wizard: Retrieve historical prices and fundamentals or create charts.
• Bulk Wizard: Download blocks of data, such as the members of an index, the cashflows of a bond, or the dividend history for a stock.
