How Do I Contact a Librarian?
CHAT: Use the chat box to the left to talk directly to a Reference Librarian. If they're not online, you can still leave a message - they'll get it next time they log in.
ONLINE FORM: Fill out the Ask A Question form online. A Librarian will get back to you within 1 business day.
IN PERSON: Come by the Information Desk and make an appointment. You may be able to speak to a Librarian right away.
EMAIL: Have a question but no time to stop in/call/chat? Just send an email to research@babson.edu! A Librarian will get back to you within 1 business day.
PHONE: We're happy to help over the phone, too: 781-239-4596
INFORMATION DESK STAFF:
The staff at the main Information Desk are happy to help you:
- pick out and use a research guide,
- use the Library Catalog to locate and use books and journals,
- locate a full text journal online,
- use computers and other equipment,
- set up and print to Library printers.
Or Help Yourself...
If a Librarian isn't available, you still have some options:
Research Guides:
- Find Articles
- Find Books
- Find Company Information
- Find Industry Information
- Business Plan Research
- Search for a Research Guide
- Find a Database
Tutorials:
- Quick Tutorials: Tutorials on topics and databases created by your friendly neighborhood Librarians.
- Database Tutorials: Most database guides have a tab called Tutorials. Check out any links there for vendor or Librarian created tutorials on that resource.
