Type in the current ticker symbol, the F8 Equity key and CACS to retrieve the company's Corporate Action Calendar. The resulting screen will list, among other things, ticker changes.

Provides the past several years of SEC filings. As such, they list the various names under which the company traded. This is a cumbersome way to find the ticker change history but will do the trick if necessary.
