Guide Overview
This is a guide to some of the most helpful sources for developing a business plan.
Entrepreneurs are often on the cutting edge of an emerging or fast-changing industry. This means that there is always another resource out there that might be useful for your business plan.
Notes
All of the resources on this guide may be used by alumni and visitors
while on campus. A few of the electronic resources are available off
campus. These are mainly US Census and other government services.
Others may be available at your local public library or through the
Massachusetts Library Information Network. See the Alumni and Visitors guides for more information.
To use a library workstation you will need to register at the main Library Information Desk for a temporary login.
To
use books at the Information Desk, you will need a Babson Alumni ID
card. Wellesley and Needham residents may obtain a card for a one-time
fee. Older editions of books on this guide are also available in the
Reference Collection under the same call number.
Information Assistants at the desk can help you locate or access a resource.
Note: For Alumni access to additional resources, see the Alumni web site.
